The West Norriton Township Zoning Hearing Board meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 7:00 PM will be conducted via Zoom video/audio conferencing.  All members of the Board, staff and public will participate remotely.  The public may join this hearing by either telephone using the dial in number or entering the URL on an internet browser.

Zoning Hearing No. 901 – Application of Gary Jones

Zoning Hearing No. 901 – Application of Gary Jones - 19 Oxford Circle, West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  The property is located in the R-2 Residential Zoning District.  The applicant, owner of the property, proposes to install a generator on the property outside of the building envelope and 2 feet from the rear property line, and requests the following relief from the Zoning Ordinance:

  1. A variance from Section 27-502.5 of the Zoning Ordinance, to permit the stand-by generator to be installed on the existing concrete pad located 2 feet from the rear property line.

Zoning Hearing No. 902 - Application of Robert Wagner -  Parcel No. 63-00-09502-00-2, Block 32, Unit 12, Williams Way, West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  The property is located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District.  The applicant, equitable owner of the property, proposes to construct a new single-family residence on an undersized lot and requests the following relief from the Zoning Ordinance:

  1. A variance from Section 27-1402.1 to permit construction of the house on an undersized lot.

2.   A variance from Section 27-402.1 to permit construction of the house on a lot measuring 15,000 square feet with a lot width of 75 feet, rather than the 30,000 square feet and a lot width of 150 feet required.
