The applicant is seeking to construct a 458,000 sq.ft facility with 270 beds that will include 670 employees. This is Phase I of a two phase construction project. Phase II will construct an addition to the facility of 193,000 sq.ft. with 150 beds and 368 employees. When completed the project will have 420 beds that will replace the existing facilities on the campus.
