The Merchant Association at Valley Forge MarketPlace has generously donated glow sticks to the Police Department for distribution to the children of West Norriton for Halloween.
Safety of our children as they trick or treat through the Township is our top priority. The use of glow sticks or flashlights helps them to see and be seen by drivers.
