🎆 FIREWORKS REMINDER FOR WEST NORRITON RESIDENTS 🎆
As we head into the holiday season, please remember that consumer fireworks are legal in Pennsylvania, but West Norriton Township has specific rules in place to keep everyone safe:
🚫 Fireworks are NOT permitted:
• In parks or public spaces
• On township streets or sidewalks
• Within 150 feet of an occupied structure
• After 2 hours past dusk
✅ You CAN use fireworks if:
• You're 18 or older
• You're on private property with the owner's permission
• You're sober and using fireworks safely
🎆 Display-grade fireworks (the big ones) require a township permit.
📞 To report illegal fireworks, please call 911 with the location.
