West Norriton Township, in conjunction with East Norriton Township, submitted a grant application to DCNR's Community Conservation Partnership Program for the development of a master site plan for the property. The purpose of the master site plan is to perform a site-specific study that includes, site information and analysis, and analysis of activities, facilities, maintenance, and operations. Typically these studies lead to completion of a site development drawing in conformance with current design standards and cost estimates for the full development or redevelopment of a park or other recreational-use site.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) was developed based on DCNR's model. After review of the submitted proposals and interviews with the Project Study Committee, Remington, Vernick & beach was awarded the contract to create the master site plan.
As part of the public participation process, please complete survey in the link below. Only one survey should be completed per person.
