FY 2022 Real estate tax bills

**Please note that tax certifications for the year 2022 and forward can be directed to Martin Sheehan**

The FY 2022 Real Estate Tax bills will be mailed on Wednesday, February 23rd. This will bill will include three taxes:

• West Norriton Township Real Estate Tax millage
• Montgomery Country Real Estate Tax millage
• Montgomery County Community College Tax millage 

The tax bill will have three different payment periods:

• Discount Period of 2% if received by April 30, 2022
• Face Period (full amount) if received by June 30, 2022
• Penalty Period of 10% if received by June 30, 2022
